At Supreme Chairs USA, we buy vintage used office chairs mostly at their purchasing our inventory includes new, open-box, refurbished, and pre-owned premium office furniture, and the condition of each product is identified in its individual listing.
Product Condition
Because we specialize in premium ergonomic office furniture, including commercial and specialty inventory, product condition can vary from item to item.
Products may be classified as:
New — Unused merchandise that may include original manufacturer packaging or tags when available.
Open Box — Merchandise that is new or appears minimally used but may have been removed from its original packaging, displayed, transported, or handled.
Like New / Excellent Condition — Pre-owned or open-box merchandise showing little to no noticeable wear.
Pre-Owned / Refurbished — Previously used merchandise that has been inspected, cleaned, serviced, or had components replaced to ensure proper functionality.
Minor cosmetic imperfections such as small scratches, scuffs, marks, variations in finish, or signs of handling may be present, particularly on pre-owned products. These cosmetic characteristics do not necessarily affect the intended use of the chair.

Shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
